Authors/presenters should indicate on the receipt their Surname, Code 5424 and paper number (i.e “Smith-5424-12”). Other authors (except for presenters) and participants should indicate only their Surname and Code 5424 (“Smith-5424”).
Once the payment is completed, each depositor should return the copy of the payment to the Conference Secretariat by sending it to infocsum@civ.uth.gr. Important: Please name the subject of the email according to the following example “CSUM2018: Registration_Smith_#12”. Any registration made without sending the receipt of payment is not considered valid. For the early bird registration of Student fees, a photocopy of a valid student ID should be sent along with the copy of payment.
If you need an invoice please download the invoice template, fill out your personal details and send it to infocsum@civ.uth.gr, right after you have completed the payment. Important: Please name the subject of the email according to the following example “CSUM2018: Registration_Smith_#12”. Invoices cannot be requested at a later time. Conference Secretariat will issue the invoice and send it through personal email within two weeks.
